Lily is an Allied Health Assistant with a Bachelor of Psychology and experience supporting people with disability to navigate their NDIS plans and funding.

She is currently completing a Master of Occupational Therapy, where she is developing her clinical knowledge and skills to further support clients in achieving their goals.

In her role as an Allied Health Assistant, Lily works closely with therapists to implement therapy programs, monitor client progress, and provide observations and feedback to support ongoing therapy planning.

Lily is passionate about promoting independence, building functional capacity, and improving accessibility.

She values a person-centred approach and enjoys supporting individuals to build confidence and participate more independently in their everyday lives.
