Lady is a seasoned Practice Administrator with over six years of experience in the behavioral health sector. She plays a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice—managing schedules, coordinating documentation, and ensuring that our team has the systems and support needed to deliver high-quality care.

With a strong background in behavioural health administration, Lady understands the value of calm, consistent, and client-centred service. She is known not only for her professionalism and reliability but also for her ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and staff alike. Her attention to detail and commitment to smooth, efficient processes help create an environment where everyone can do their best work.

Outside of her professional role, Lady is a devoted mother of two daughters. Her eldest is studying aeronautics, and together they share a dream of exploring the world—one day with her daughter at the controls. Lady brings that same sense of dedication, quiet strength, and care to everything she does.
