Eric Fung

Eric is a dedicated Allied Health Assistant. He holds a Bachelor of Social Work, giving him the knowledge and expertise to support clients in achieving their health, wellbeing, and personal goals.

Eric works closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists and Music Therapists, delivering tailored in-home exercise programs, hydrotherapy sessions, and cognitive activities designed to meet each client’s unique needs.

He is also an experienced NDIS Support Worker, providing comprehensive support to clients with domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, social outings, community participation, medication management, respite care, transport, and other daily living activities. Eric tailors his support to each individual’s needs, promoting independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing while ensuring a safe and positive experience.

He enjoys supporting clients to achieve their goals and witnessing their confidence grow with each session. He takes pride in building strong rapport with clients, their families, and therapists, ensuring that programs are delivered safely and effectively. He believes that fostering trust and positive relationships with both clients and their families is essential for achieving the best outcomes. His key strengths include patience, clear communication, and a genuine passion for helping others enhance their independence and overall wellbeing.
